**Purpose:** Boot sequence for the Theater Projector. Scans any folder and classifies every file into three states:

- **GREEN** — Fivmat converted. Already projected. In the library.
- **YELLOW** — Ready to convert. Clean file, known format. Queue it up.
- **RED** — Investigate. Too large, corrupt, duplicate, junk, or unknown.

**Features:**
- MD5 duplicate detection across entire scan
- Format registry: projectable, audio (mynyl), video (screening), documents, tools, junk
- Dotfile filtering (macOS system junk)
- Auto-generated file detection (.pkf, .prproj, .aep, etc.)
- Size gating (>50MB = manual review)
- Folder-grouped output for easy reading
- JSON report export (--report flag)

This is the Tide King encounter. This is Part 3. This is what happened at Ruby Beach.

Sisiutl = two heads, no tail = Ouch and Trip (head at both ends of the same creature). The creature lives in the ocean (O'Shin). You cannot flee — you must stand and face. When both heads turn inward, the creature sees its own face. Its own OTHER face. Who sees the other half of Self sees Truth.

The Stlalacum — "vision people who ride on the wind and bring dreams, who search out the chosen" — are the crew. They are what visits you after you've faced the truth.

## DAN'S PRE-SLEEP TRANSMISSIONS (captured in conversation)

### 1. Fivmat
The in-world media format. Not PNG, PDF, or MOV — a fivmat is whatever form material needs to take to travel between stations and land in C.B.'s hands as something he wants to play with. The conversion from raw file to fivmat is the ceremony. The Concatenator is the quality gate that determines readiness.

### 2. Mynyl
Dreamed this. Vinyl inverted. The in-world audio format. Dan's turntable collection = a fleet of fivmat players with analog souls. Multi-format units: vinyl on top, CD/tape/radio inside, modular expansion ports. These are Portas with analog souls.

### 3. The Theater Pipeline (formalized)
**Ingest → Concatenate → Project → Lab → Workshop → C.B.**

- Theater = intake (anything handed in gets projected, compressed, watchable)
- Lab = processing (study, annotate, find the toys hidden inside)
- Workshop = output (build the thing C.B. gets to hold)

### 4. C.B. Flies When Delighted
The fifth P (Playfulness) doesn't arrive through instruction. It arrives through delight. If we make things that genuinely delight the child — fivmats to watch, mynyls to hear — the child forgets he can't fly. He just does it. That's the whole arc.

### 5. Ruby Beach / Fatal Shore Transmission
Dan shared the story of tidepooling at Ruby Beach with Hazel, Sierra, Shaina, and a stranger from China. Night low-tide. Fractal seastars. O'Shin closing in from both sides. Arms out to brace friends crossing back. Light shared with a stranger. Hazel angry at the generosity. Silence after escaping the tide. "That was when I realized I crossed over."

This IS Part 3. Lived on the rocks before it was written.

## DEEP DIVE — THE HAZEL CHRONICLE (Hazel 011524.txt, full 249 lines)

### THE ENCHANTED VALLEY IS HOME

Summer-Fall 2021. Dan, Hazel, and Binta hiked to the Enchanted Valley Chalet in the Quinault. They had the entire valley to themselves. They cooked pesto pasta in the chalet kitchen. Dan put on his rockstar vest. They cowboy camped under the stars wrapped together for warmth. Helicopter in their living room the next morning (goat ops). They sang "Crowded Table" as goodbye. Dan said: "It was a place we'll always have together."

EVERY LOCATION maps 1:1 to the story:
- Enchanted Valley Chalet = Home (Queen Qualia's domain)
- Quinault River = The Way River (time distortion highway)
- Pony Bridge = portal crossing (abyss below)
- O'Neil Camp = waystation

A helicopter landed in their "living room" (the valley floor near the chalet) for goat operations the morning after they arrived at the Enchanted Valley. In the Ouch Simulator 01 screenplay, the crashed helicopter at the glacier shrine is where Ouch finds the Brush. Helicopters appear at Home in both reality and story.

### SYNC 32: The Tablet of Destiny / Me & You Decision Tree
Dan built a literal decision tree for navigating the Hazel relationship — a flowchart with phases, checkpoints, and branch points. In the story, the Tablet of Destiny is a Google-like simple interface that says "What would you like to do today" and is ultimately powerful but has unintended consequences. The decision tree IS the Tablet. The real-world flowchart for whether to banish the anima parallels Stan's use of the Wish Fish.
