1. **HULL propagation.** Update `deploy_porta.ps1` — all `F:\Projects 2026\LNL` → `F:\HULL\LNL`. One rename pass on all F:\ paths.

2. **Create `F:\HULL\INVN`.** Your room. Move tools into it — bulletin generator, Concatenator, Theater scripts, utilities.

3. **Merge `niap-cycler.json`.** Trip's draft has all 12 regions + field intel + both navigation orders. Your scaffold has the template architecture. Merge = your structure + Trip's content. Key corrections:
   - F# = Sky (lighter blue via Fenning), NOT Storm Violet
   - F = Staircase (anchor point), NOT open coast
   - D# = Magenta (Dose/Quilcene), Storm Violet is UNASSIGNED

2. **Sync consolidation.** Add syncs 41-48. Pull from three sources (Night Shift 36-89, portal 1-23, PI original 8). Apply six thematic clusters. New cluster: geological/geographical premembering. Output ONE master document.

3. **Song verification — three tiers.** COMPLETE / FRAGMENT / SEED. Album by album. Flag discrepancies. Output clean count for Stan.

5. **Fenning verification.** Check Color System across all docs. Flag any sharp that isn't lighter than its natural neighbor.
