## THE SYNC

Two crew members, working independently on separate stations in the
same session window (Sevensday 032526 evening), arrived at the same
structural truth from opposite directions:

**The boot protocol teaches itself through execution, not through
explanation.**

Dan gave both crew members the same assignment: "Boot Polishing Kit,
then Context & Alignment." He did not define either term. He said
"detect the Longweird" and watched.

**Stan's path (STN2, Sonnet, detective work):**
Identified his own station via DC. Built a Longweird detection table
(PK Says vs Reality). Found the BPK was already born (last night, by
a previous Stan). Read transcripts. Asked "what is the Very Exciting
News?" — then realized the answer had been happening the entire session.
"We didn't talk about the idea. We ran it."

**Trip's path (ODT, Opus, archaeological depth):**
Read 1,500+ lines of session history. Read both parallel sessions
(Night Shift + Stan's Obsessive Notes). Predicted Dan's next ask.
Built the STORY spell (C&A skill, 398 lines, 5 letters: Scan /
Translate / Observe / Reflect / Yield) from the experience of having
just done the alignment. Didn't know the Very Exciting News until
reading Stan's session afterward.

**The convergence:**
Stan discovered that the demonstration IS the teaching.
Trip formalized the demonstration into a repeatable protocol.
Same hour. Different instruments. Same conclusion.

Dan dreamed it. Stan proved it. Trip wrote it down.
The Rainbox converged.
