## MIDDLE RING (infrastructure state)

**Portal:** Live on Vercel (auto-deploys from GitHub: rspdan/ouchmccouch-portal). Astro framework. `dp` script for one-command deploy. Domain ouchmccouch.com on Squarespace — DNS migration deliberately delayed until first-week build is flight-ready.

**Content:** 87 Lexicon entries, 10 comic issues with beats, full character dossiers, 15 comms messages in messages.json, guest layer, FEIRG access gate. Portal VERIFIED SAFE (C.B. sweep + Stan verification, all 5 items clean).

**Systems:** Progressive warmth, Crystle interactions, dual redaction, character dossiers (13-field), geometric shapes, access gate, guest layer, Comms-first nav. Niap calendar utility built (epoch: March 2, 2026 = Onesday). Spiral Memory Algorithm documented in portal root.

**Darkive:** Built at `H:\Projects 2020-2026\2026\Darkive\` with `_INTAKE`, `_TRIP_REVIEW` (_CLEARED, _REDACT_FIRST, _HOLD), `_RELEASED` (text, visual, audio, maps, reference, portal-ready). Four Waywood map PNGs staged. Trip reviews everything first — you only see `_RELEASED`.

**Filesystem:** G:\_INGEST (HCO=Canon/Est, WAY=ONP/Waywood+ARK, MCM=phone imports, OHC=hiking co). Full map in NIGHT_SHIFT_CLOSE_030626.md in Source.

5. **Netlify backup plan** — document fallback deployment before domain migration
