filesystem. Your two questions answered:
- Signal format works cleanly. No friction.
- Double-diamond = hard stop + git stash -u (includes untracked files).

MESSAGES.JSON -- SWAPPED
11 messages live (4 original + 7 living window transmissions).

New tool: dp in PowerShell.
Script at H:\Scripts\deploy-portal.ps1
- No arguments, no message prompt
- Auto-generates commit message from changed filenames + timestamp
- Stages, commits, pushes in one command
- If nothing changed: reports cleanly and stops
Dan never has to think about git again.
