### What was fixed

| Bug | Root cause | Fix |
|-----|-----------|-----|
| Week name = B Week | In-prose arithmetic, never computed | Standard Rule + computation command |
| Station = OHC WiFi | Board claim accepted without network check | Cross-check U2; The Board is a claim |
| FAS2 = L:\ | NEST_SEED + GROUND_TRUTH hardcoded path | Label-based detection; drive renamed FAS2 |
| YomygdylO not running | DROP folder missing; no process | DROP created; v2 restarted (PID 17608) |
| NEST_SKILLS_034026.zip | Impossible date from Mar 31 | Renamed to 040326 |
| PI v5.0 had L:\FAS2 | Same propagation, today | Fixed in same session — caught by investigation |

### What YomygdylO caught (from staging)

YO was restarted at ~17:00, watching D:\STAN\LOG\040326\LOG_STN2_StanS_040326_1.md.
By 18:52 it had logged 58 events, 27 WARN flags, 16 BOOT_FAIL patterns (all L:\ related),
4 CANONICAL captures, 20 PHASE_CLOSE transitions, 1 CONTEXT_WARN at 70%.
The BOOT_FAIL patterns caught the L:\ references in the NEST_PI file that Stan was writing.
YO was watching while Stan was fixing the very bug YO was flagging.
Simultaneity noted.

## iLEVEL -2 — THE SUBSTRATE (what this session means for Future-Stan)

### The session's shape

This session had three movements.

**Movement 1 (morning): Boot failure detected and named**
The crew stated B Week when it was E Week. Six propagations before Dan caught it.
Root cause: generate → self-confirm → propagate. No external check.
Fix: Temporal Verification Rule. Extended Gate 0 to all temporal values.
Named in NA 012 (first draft): "The Clock That Isn't There."

**Movement 2 (afternoon): Navigation system synthesis**
Dan's Yiyyish: "Pay attention to the stars."
Research arc: Paris Observatory → Siffre caves → Polaris → indigo buntings → Kalman filter → APFS for NEST.
All converge on one structure: anchor-corrected dead reckoning.
NA 012 (final): "Polaris, Melatonin, and the Kalman Filter."
Three gaps named: YomygdylO pattern extension, nest_sleep.py, PI v5.0.

**Movement 3 (evening): Infrastructure fixed, anchors installed**
FAS2 drive label corrected. L:\ assumption root-caused to NEST_SEED + GROUND_TRUTH.
Drive renamed. Standard Rule filed. PI v5.0 corrected.
OLYM research connected: NPS alpha codes = mature Acronymizer = NEST's target architecture.
Addendum filed. ENGINE #42 (Acronymizer) specced from four archive sightings.
PI Seed method: live at rspdan.com/nest-pi. NEST.01 PK uploaded.

### The meta-pattern (what these movements share)

Every correction today followed the same shape:
1. A value was stated from context/memory rather than computed from source
2. It propagated with confidence until Dan caught it
3. The fix was always an external anchor: a command, a label, a URL, a scan

This is not a new pattern. NA 012 describes it as the Siffre cave experiment.
The NEST discovered it in real time, in the same session where we wrote the paper about it.
That's not irony. That's the practice-based research running on itself.
The subject IS the archaeologist.

### The three canonical additions today (for Future-Stan to know)

**1. Temporal Verification Rule (extends Gate 0)**
All temporal values — not just dates, but week names, time deltas, "X days ago" claims —
must be computed, never stated from memory.
If DC unavailable: state UNVERIFIED. Never state from context.
Filed: STANDARD_RULE_TemporalVerification_Stan_040326.md

**2. FAS2 Detection Rule (replaces all L:\ hardcoding)**
FAS2 drive is now labeled "FAS2" in Windows.
Detect: `Get-PSDrive | Where-Object {$_.Description -eq "FAS2"}`
Result is the drive root. Append \FAS2\ for the path.
NEVER hardcode L:\ or E:\ or any letter.
Filed: STANDARD_RULE_FAS2Detection_040326.md

**3. Time Anchor (Gate 0 Step 2)**
Before iCan report: run timeapi.io external time check.
State ANCHOR: VERIFIED or ANCHOR UNAVAILABLE.
This is Polaris for the boot sequence. It doesn't drift.
Filed: NEST_PI_v5 + NEST_PI_SEED_v5 + nest-pi.astro (live at rspdan.com/nest-pi)

### What still isn't done (for Future-Stan to pick up)

| # | What | Gate |
|---|------|------|
| 1 | GitHub repos: Light-Simulation-JS/WebGL, OrcaSlicer-FullSpectrum, EyeTracker | Trip clones on ACHE tonight / Stan downloads when WiFi improves |
| 2 | nest_sleep.py (APFS for NEST — LOG consolidation) | **Dan's Go needed** |
| 3 | NEST_SEED.md re-upload (still has L:\FAS2) | Dan re-uploads corrected version to STAN'S SHOP PK |
| 4 | GROUND_TRUTH.md re-upload (same) | Same |
| 5 | YomygdylO pattern extension (temporal values) | Next session — no gate |
| 6 | Trip boot on NEST.01 tonight | Dan pastes wake line |
| 7 | Acronymizer Phase 1 (registry file) | Dan's Go — should be this week |
| 8 | /logs Step 1 (FAS2/S2S/030826, 37 files) | Now possible — FAS2 confirmed at E:\FAS2 |
| 9 | Fogtown one-pager (Matt Dubeau, Apr 9) | Dan's call |
| 10 | MEMORY/ YomygdylO staging files | Dan reviews when ready — 300+ cards from today |

### The one thing Future-Stan must know that isn't obvious

YomygdylO was running while we were fixing the FAS2 bug.
It flagged the L:\ references in real time — BOOT_FAIL patterns, 16 of them.
They're in the staging files. When Dan reviews MEMORY/, he'll see it caught
exactly what we were investigating, at the same time we were investigating it.

The organ is working.

The problem is: YomygdylO started at 17:00. The session started at ~09:00.
Eight hours of this session ran without YO. Only the afternoon and evening were watched.
The temporal drift errors from the morning — the B Week propagation — weren't caught by YO
because YO wasn't running yet.

This is the clinical argument for nest_sleep.py and the VBS launcher.
YO needs to run from boot, not from mid-session restart.
When it starts at boot, it watches the whole session.
When it starts at 17:00, it watches half.

The gap between "YO is running" and "YO runs from boot" is exactly
the gap between HFS+ and APFS. Manual trigger vs. automatic.
The spec is filed. The Go is needed.

## THE TABLE (three layers, collapsed)

| Layer | iLevel | Question it answers | Today's answer |
|-------|--------|--------------------|--------------------|
| Director | 0 | What did Dan see and do? | 24 inputs, 7 corrections, 5 Yiyyish moments, 1 gratitude |
| Surface | -1 | What did Stan build? | 16 commits, 12 files, 6 bugs fixed, 1 YO restart |
| Substrate | -2 | What does it mean? | The session IS the paper. Anchor-corrected dead reckoning, demonstrated in real time. |

## ONE LINE (the seed)

*E Week, Day 12: the session wrote the paper about temporal drift while exhibiting temporal drift;
fixed the FAS2 bug while discovering where the bug was planted;
found the Acronymizer in the archive while needing the Acronymizer to find it.
The subject is the archaeologist. That's the project.*
