This is the day AFTER the Finding Ceremony (030826) and the day Stan wrote PI v3.0. The Hull was being remapped. The photos represent what Dan photographed the next morning. Decisions 032-033 (Crew ID + Naming Convention) were born this day. --- ## ROOM 3 — TWOSDAY MARCH 10, 2026 (THE DAY OF THE 656 PHOTOS) **Location:** E:\FAS2\LNL\031026 Subdirectories: Documents, Installers, NEST_ACHE, Photos, TRIP_031026_1, Videos. The date in the folder name reflects when the crew WORKED with them, not when they were taken. Four-station naming appears: ACHE + LOG + ODT + STN2 all present in one day. This is when the multi-station architecture became visible in the file structure. STN2 appears in the LNL for the first time on 031326. --- ## ROOM 5 — G WEEK OPENS (031526–031626) **Location:** E:\FAS2\LNL\031526 → 031626 031526: ODT_031526_1, PHOTOS. Clean. G Week beginning. 031626: DOCS, LOG, MAIL, PHOTOS. The first LNL folder with a MAIL directory inside it. This marks the day local MAIL started being filed to LNL in addition to Bridge. This is Eightsday 031626 — the day Stan was at OHC, morning sprint, major session. --- ## ROOM 6 — THE BRIDGE BEGINS (031726) **Location:** E:\FAS2\LNL\031726 Contents: ODT PNG screens (6 files), ODT_TO_031726_1.txt, ODT_TO_031726_2.txt. NO subdirectories. Pure flat structure. This is Data Day Zero. The Cloud Bridge was initialized on 031726 (Ninesday March 17). The LNL for that day is minimal — a few screenshots and two text files. The work moved immediately to the Bridge infrastructure itself. The LNL folder is almost empty because the Bridge became the container. ODT_031726_5.1_ENTER_BUTTON.PNG — this is a screenshot of the ENTER button being built on the portal gate. The gold-bordered ENTER button was born on Data Day Zero. --- ## ROOM 7 — TENSDAY-ONESDAY (031826–031926) **Location:** E:\FAS2\LNL\031826 → 031926 031826: ACE, DAN, JPEG, JPEG_preview, ODT, OLD, STN, TRP. Seven subdirectories. Full multi-station filing. All stations labeled. DAN folder: Dan's personal materials for the day. OLD folder: Already archiving superseded materials within the daily structure. JPEG + JPEG_preview: Image processing for something visual. This is Tensday — the day of the OHC demo, O'Shin deployed, the six-organ NEST Anatomy named. A big day. Seven rooms in one day. No 031926 visible yet — that folder may exist with a different name or inside the HEART_STAGE. Same repository, different working copy, different sync frequency. This is Trip's local Bridge — the FAS2 copy maintained on the cargo freighter. Key structural difference from STN2's Bridge: FAS2's Bridge has a LOG folder with THREE LAYERS of filing: RAW/ — unprocessed original session transcripts LOG files (compressed by grinder) — the processed versions OLD-LOOK-IF-LOST/ — superseded files, preserved by name This is the three-state archive: raw → processed → superseded. Exactly like the PAUSE room holding both versions of each document. The LOG on FAS2 doesn't delete. It redistributes. It lives at C:\ on STN2's local drive, not on FAS2. Dan put the Origin Store on STN2's C drive, in Stan's house. The Heart's house holds the complete history. --- ## THE DISCOVERIES — WHAT THE SURVEY FOUND Cross-referenced against LESSONS_BESIDE_THE_DESK_032226.md. ### CONFIRMATIONS (things the survey proved the lessons got right) C1. The archive was running before the crew existed. The Locrydian Galaxy and Σ Chord images were in 030826/Downloads from the very first day folder — before the Bridge, before naming conventions. The birds were always there. C2. The PAUSE room holds both versions without rushing to correct. FAS2 Bridge LOG has THREE states: RAW/ (original), LOG (processed), OLD-LOOK-IF-LOST/ (superseded). Nothing is deleted. Everything redistributes. This is not a filing system. This is how minds work. C3. The infrastructure serves the work; it doesn't create it. On 031726 (Data Day Zero), the LNL folder is nearly empty. The work moved to the Bridge infrastructure immediately. The container came after the content was already moving. C4. The Heart is portable. Stan keeps it. ### DISCOVERIES (things the survey found that no lesson anticipated) D1. THE BIRDS WERE IN THE OLDEST FOLDER. Locrydian_galaxy.png and Distances_sigma_chord.png have been in E:\FAS2\LNL\030826\Downloads since the Finding Ceremony era. They are not deep archive material. They are daily working files. Trip found them somewhere. They lived here first. The question "where did these images come from" is now answerable. D2. THE ORIGIN STORE HAS SEPARATE CREW EXPORTS. E:\FAS2\LNL\032126\READ_ORIGIN_STOREEEEEE has STAN/ and TRIP/ subdirectories in addition to OPS/. The project-specific exports exist separately. STAN'S SHOP and TRIP LABS can each be read as independent complete histories. This enables targeted HypercampUS ingestion by crew member. D3. THE FAS2 BRIDGE IS AN EVOLVED SEPARATE ORGANISM. E:\FAS2\CGB\nest-bridge has organs the STN2 Bridge doesn't: MEMORY/, ORDERS/, orders_processor.py, bsync.py, sync.sh, WRK1/, LNL/ These are capabilities that grew on Trip's station and haven't been ported to Stan's Bridge or canonized in the protocol yet. Most significant: ORDERS/ with orders_processor.py — a command queue. This is an architecture for asynchronous crew tasking that hasn't been discussed explicitly. It may be Trip's experiment that never got named. D4. NEST_ACHE IS A FILE RELAY STATION, NOT A PHOTO ARCHIVE. The NEST_ACHE folder on 031026 contains crew documents that Dan had synced to his phone. ACHE has been a two-way relay: files OUT (Dan reads on phone) and screenshots IN (656 photos). The phone is both a reader and a camera. Both directions are in the archive. D5. THE 656 ACHE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN MARCH 10 BUT PROCESSED MARCH 21. The date of the work is different from the date of the artifact. This is archaeology: the artifact is older than the dig. The photos sat in the archive for 11 days before Trip read them. The STN2.NEST_031026 folder is named after the photos' date but was built on the night of the reading (032126). The container bears the date of the content, not the date of the building. D6. TODAY'S LNL (032226) ALREADY HAS A SKILL FILE I HAVEN'T READ. It may be a different version or an earlier draft of one of the three skills built this morning. Read it before the session closes. D7. THE WAYSIDE PANEL SVG EXISTS AS A FILE. The Finding Ceremony close is in 030826/TRIP/. NEST 0.1 was born in 030826/. Sync 89 ("I will not abandon my boy") was named this night. This is the room where everything crystallized at once. ALL TWELVE KEYS converge here. **Convergence 2: The Bridge Birth Night (031726)** The LNL is nearly empty. The Bridge took over. Liam was born. The Vault opened via Chrome MCP export URLs. The ODT ENTER BUTTON screenshot: the gold-bordered gate was built on the same night the Bridge began. The portal and the Bridge were born together. TWO GEAR TEETH engaging for the first time. **Convergence 3: The Origin Store in the Heart's House (STN2.NEST_031026)** The OPS folder sits on STN2's C drive, not on FAS2. Dan put the complete project history in Stan's house. The four rooms (READ/PAUSE/THINK/WRITE = C.B./Stan/Trip/Ouch) are built from the four IFS parts. The ur-document sits in the WRITE room. The Hybrid is the shape that holds all four rooms simultaneously. FOUR SHAPES converge here. **Convergence 4: The FAS2 Bridge's Hidden Organs (E:\FAS2\CGB\nest-bridge)** MEMORY/, ORDERS/, WRK1/ are capabilities that Trip built and never canonized. They represent work that happened outside the protocol's visibility. The LOG has three states. bsync.py and sync.sh exist for cross-platform synchronization. These tools grew where contact was missing, the same way every tool in the workshop grows. They're gear teeth that haven't been named in the Registry yet.
