## DECISION

Two structural changes merged into one:

1. **The NEST crew operates as a development studio.** Ouch McCouch is the flagship project. External clients (starting with Olympic Hiking Co.) are served through dedicated DOCK infrastructure, separate from but connected to the NEST ship.

2. **Individual crew bays are eliminated.** All shared crew files live in a single CREW folder across all platforms (HULL, FAS2, Drive). Naming convention replaces folder separation. Routing tax = zero.
