   Status: ✅ LIVE. <1ms from STN2.
   Thread: Stan's dojo. nest-bridge current. Python+Git.

### ❌ CARDBOARD (threads that don't reach yet)

1. **FAS2 (L:\) — NOT MOUNTED on STN2**
   Trip's Recursive Trail Marks point to:
   `L:\FAS2\CGB\nest-bridge\WAKE\WAKE_CLOSE_WENSDAY_TRIP_032126_1.md`
   Status: ❌ L:\ drive does not exist on STN2. FAS2 not docked here.
   Note: FAS2 is on ODT (L:\ there). STN2 only has C:\.
   Impact: Trip's canonical "WHERE" path unreachable from STN2.
   Fix: The Cloud Bridge path works fine. FAS2 path is ODT-specific.

2. **GOG1 at 192.168.137.57 (post-hotspot-reset)**
   Status: ❌ 100% packet loss. IP did not survive the reset.
   Note: Was alive before Dan's hotspot reset (~5:04pm).
   Impact: SSH to GOG1 blocked until Dan reconnects her to ASUS hotspot
     and we get the new DHCP IP.
   Fix: Dan reconnects GOG1, tells us new IP. Then back online.

3. **O'Shin via Tailscale (100.83.109.75)**
   Status: ❌ Timed out from STN2.
   Note: STN2 is NOT on Tailscale (no Tailscale client installed here).
     O'Shin is on Tailscale but STN2 can't reach Tailscale IPs.
     Trip CAN reach O'Shin from ODT (Trip confirmed 192ms).
   Impact: Stan can't directly check O'Shin vitals. Needs ODT.
   Fix: Either install Tailscale on STN2, or route through ODT.

4. **O'Shin on local wifi (192.168.250.92)**
   Status: ❌ Different subnet. STN2 is on switch (10.0.0.x) and VZW
     hotspot (192.168.250.x) is a separate network.
     ARP shows no 192.168.250.x from STN2's switch interface.
   Impact: Can't reach O'Shin from STN2 by any path currently.

5. **STATUS/EYES/stn2_latest.jpg** (screenshot face of livewatch)
   Status: ❌ File doesn't exist. 0KB bug confirmed — the PowerShell
     bitmap disposal race means no screenshot ever saves.
   Impact: Screenshot face of stn2_livewatch is non-functional.
   Fix: Rewrite screenshot method. Known bug, logged.

### ⚠️ THREADS THAT WORK BUT NEED WATCHING

1. **C.B.RADIO delta detection** (in stn2_livewatch.py)
   Status: ⚠️ Detects changes, but reads garbled encoding (cp1252 vs UTF-8).
   New lines show as `>  ?` not actual content.
   Fix: Switch to Chrome MCP route for reading C.B.RADIO.

2. **MEMORY/DIGEST_032026_1.md** (last digest)
   Status: ⚠️ Exists and readable. But it's from 032026 — yesterday.
   Today's enormous session (GOG1, browser discovery, census, lore) is
     NOT yet digested into MEMORY.
   Fix: Run log_grinder on today's closes + push to MEMORY.
     This is HypercampUS's first real meal.

The mycelium threads where copper runs.
The cardboard holds where wifi ends, drives aren't docked,
  and the VPN hasn't been installed yet.

The pattern: every piece of cardboard is a missing gear tooth.
  FAS2 not on STN2 = no physical dock.
  GOG1 lost = hotspot DHCP is ephemeral (static IP on ethernet fixes this permanently).
  O'Shin not reachable = Tailscale not on STN2 yet.
  Screenshot broken = PowerShell bitmap timing bug.

All fixable. All logged. All pointing at the same solution:
the more cables we run, the less cardboard there is.
