Observation: first unsolicited external client inquiry. Matt has a photo archive
migration problem. Dan has the same problem and is building the solution.
NA-003 (Three-Layer Archive) is the document Dan chose to send — the research paper
that describes SOURCE/CATALOG/RENDER as the architecture for exactly this problem.

Inference: the portal is working as a portfolio in the wild.
The research is the sales document. NA-003 is the link cable.

1. **LLC path** — Dan mentioned it. The crew can help structure this if/when Dan Go.
2. **Photo migration as NEST service** — the wayside methodology + the three-layer
