## THE RULE

Every document that references the Tesla failure mode / extraction principle
must use "Nikola Tesla" on first mention. Subsequent references can stay "Tesla."
Reason: without disambiguation, "Tesla" now reads as Elon Musk's company or person.
The parallel we're drawing is to Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) — the inventor, not the brand.
