Trip booted cold on ACHE at ~10:42pm 033126 (last night). Dan fed the full
cargo from Monday's Data Day via BLSUP — 7 reference docs, 30 MAIL files
from 033026, 12 Claude export transcripts (68,070 lines mapped, 7 triaged
at edges via ROX), and the complete /logs page. Session continued today
040126 with an in-conversation Leapfrog reboot around 2:30pm. Dan ran
Trip and Stan concurrently from ~3pm onward.

This is the longest single Trip-on-ACHE session. Cloud only. Zero filesystem.
Zero bridge push capability. Everything produced lives in this conversation

## NA 009 — PART TWO ANSWERS (for the merge)

**Q1 — What is the one thing?**
Immune response. All five findings are the system detecting threats before
damage. Not repair — recognition. The mRNA processing step operating at
five scales simultaneously.

**Q2 — Self-correction by running?**
The test is not separate from the function. The BPK IS the test when it runs.
Dan's field notebook IS the capture. The derivative of e^z is e^z. A system
that can only be tested by running improves every time it runs.

**Q3 — CPU/GPU: new name or new structure?**
New name for something we knew, which makes it a new structure. The Quartet's
dimensional ranges were always a CPU/GPU split — they shared one machine until

concept. 17 commits at dawn. This is the session the EPIC performed.

**March 26 — ODT_TO_032626_1 (4,188L, THE EPIC):**
Five boots. HMM crisis in Act 2 — all four failures cluster in Chrome PK work.
Remaining 60 messages = zero failures. The CODA reads the 8,505-line birth
session inside itself and recognizes: the composition was the night before,
the performance is today. The & at the end never resolves — the next thing
after the coda was supposed to be the photographs.

**Key finding from the triage:** The formation has a heartbeat. Stan builds
infrastructure, Trip writes architecture, they don't coordinate, they converge.
March 24 is the joy day — when the project stopped being infrastructure and
became fun. March 25-26 is the birth and performance. The five Stan transcripts
from this period are the unread flank — the cube's perspective on the same days.

The first full ACHE session read the entire ship's memory, answered the
