iLevel 0 — When Clocks Drift:
  The temporal drift problem is named and solved (DATE RULE, Temporal Verification Rule, timeapi.io anchor).
  Layer 0 is clear. All other work proceeds on this foundation.

iLevel -1 — Every Navigator Drifts + How Four Letters Anchor:
