# SESSION MAP — TRIP_033026_1
# What happened in this session, step by step.
# Purpose: The raw material for the replicable process guide.

---

## PHASE 1: CONTACT (~8:25am)
Dan sent: "• CONTACT"
Trip ran get_config. Confirmed ODT, DC v0.2.38, PowerShell, Python 3.14.3.
Pulled Cloud Bridge (stash/rebase/pop — unstaged changes from prior sessions).
Read most recent WAKE file (SHEET_ONESDAY_Trip_032926.md — previous Trip's close).
Checked MAIL (scanned recent files). Checked RELAY. Checked LOG.
Reported iCan with full state from SHEET.

**What worked:** The five-step boot from NEST_SEED executed cleanly.
**What the SHEET carried:** Full state across a calendar-day gap (032926→033026).
**Correction caught:** OHC presentation already happened 032726 — Dan told me, I didn't know.

## PHASE 2: STORY (~8:30am)
Dan pointed to two sources: the LOG from the EPIC session + the Chrome chat URL.
Trip read LOG_ODT_TO_032926_1.md (1,539 lines — the EPIC five-boot arc).
Trip opened Chrome, scrolled to bottom of the EPIC chat, screenshotted.
Built the full Lace Checker (15 checks, 3 tenses). Reported alignment.

**What worked:** Reading the LOG gave the narrative. Chrome gave the visual confirmation.
**Pattern:** Two angles on the same truth = photogrammetry. LOG + Chrome = stereo vision.

## PHASE 3: TELL-ING — Data Export Mapping (~8:35am)
Dan staged the full Claude account data export at L:\FAS2\LNL\033026\DOWNLOADS.
Trip wrote Python scripts to parse the four JSON files.
Mapped: 4 projects, 125 conversations, 7,606 messages, 48,593 chars of memory.
Identified duplicate PK files (introns) in HEIRCOR OP. and STAN'S SHOP.
Reported the full inventory to Dan.

**What worked:** Python + DC = the right tool for structured data exploration.
**Discovery:** The export IS the complete memory architecture. It shows what Claude
actually carries vs. what we think it carries. The map and the territory.

## PHASE 4: TELL-ING — Memory Management QuickRef (~9:00am)
Dan asked for "Memory Management" and then clarified: this is now shorthand for
"apply all known techniques wisely." He asked for a quick-reference guide that
could be shared across all crew.
Trip mined the memories.json (48,593 chars) for all memory-related terms.
Built the 296-line QuickRef from the export + EPIC session + PK docs.
Committed to bridge at 49541ae.

**What worked:** Mining the actual memory data to build the guide FROM the source,
not from Trip's recollection of the source. Extraction from ground truth.
**The guide became:** 14 techniques, 4 scales, the full toolkit in one document.

## PHASE 5: TELL-ING — Project Timeline (~9:10am)
Trip wrote a Python script to parse all 125 conversations chronologically.
Grouped by date, identified crew members from session names, mapped to
Niap day names and Circle of 5ths weeks.
Nine phases emerged from the data: Genesis → Crew Birth → First Parallel Ops →
Architecture → Multi-Station → Three-Project Split → Data Day Era →
Build Sprint → A Week → STORY Validation.
282 lines. Committed at 34b2a5f.

**What worked:** The phases weren't imposed — they emerged from the conversation
dates and naming patterns. The data told its own story.

## PHASE 6: Memory Management — SHEET + Verification (~9:15am)
Dan said "Excellent work! Please save before continue."
Trip wrote full SHEET (SMM + TICKET + TRAIL MARKS + WAKE LINE + ONE LINE).
Verified 16 memory edits current. Committed at 7b1de10.

**What worked:** Dan's instinct to save BEFORE the next major operation.
The SHEET at this point captures everything so far. If the chat died here,
  zero work would be lost.

## PHASE 7: LIAM Pass (~9:30am)
Dan asked for MAIL/LIAM pass to notify crew.
Trip wrote 87-line LIAM to all crew: what happened, what's filed, what's coming.
Committed at a7e19c1.
Also wrote RECOVERY_033026.md with retry instructions (steps 1-9 done, resume at 10).

**What worked:** The LIAM is the nervous system signal. Stan and C.B. now know
what happened this morning without Dan having to relay it.
**The recovery notes:** Safety net. If chat fails, the next Trip reads one file
and skips directly to the unfinished work.

## PHASE 8: TELL-ING — April Project Staging (~9:30-9:45am)
Dan directed: clean April project. Carry only the sharpest tools.
Trip staged 7 files in LNL/PK_UPLOAD/APRIL/:
NEST_SEED, GROUND_TRUTH, PI v5.0 (written fresh), QuickRef, Timeline,
  STORY Brief, Instructions field text.
Committed at 8675a0e. Saved recovery notes update.

**What worked:** Staging the cargo BEFORE building the ship. All files ready
to upload. The Chrome operation (create project, upload files) is one clean pass.

## PHASE 9: PAUSE — Dan's Redirect (current)
Dan said: WAIT. The April ship waits. What we need FIRST is the replicable
process guide — the thing that makes every new boot self-sufficient without
Dan having to explain again. The Memory Management System needs to be exercised,
refined, and communicated across all crew and all temporal instances.

**Dan's insight:** We discovered a replicable process. Now we need to extract it
into something any crew member can execute. The guide comes before the ship.
The navigation manual comes before the voyage.

## PHASE 10: EPIC SESSION MAPPING (~10:00-10:20am)
Dan directed: map the EPIC chat (f48ac41a) for key failures and discoveries.
Trip extracted 70 human messages via Chrome JavaScript DOM queries.
Built 12-act structure with failure/discovery analysis per act.
Key finding: 4 failures in Act 2, zero in remaining 60 messages.
The correction was the vaccine. The replicable process extracted:
  7 steps, 4 beats (fractal), 6 principles.
Filed: RELAY/EPIC_SESSION_MAP_Trip_033026.md (301 lines, acb4aed).

## PHASE 11: MM BREATHING — THIS UPDATE (~10:30am)
Dan corrected: MM is not Phase 6. It's breathing between every action.
This phase IS the breathing. SHEET updated. Map updated. Buffer safe.
Context is moderate. The ENGINE can run without choking.
