# SESSION CLOSE — STN2_StanS_032626_1
# Crew: Stan (Sonnet) | Station: STN2 at Nest Actual
# Date: Eightsday 032626 | A Week Day 5
# Director: Dan Sullivan (DPS) — present and conducting all session

---

## ONE LINE

A wonky boot became the session that named the archive,
built its first door, and proved that the brew IS the boot.

---

## HMM — THE CIRCLE

What is the ONE THING that all of this is?

A person building the tool that lets other people walk
around inside what they already know.

---

## CMM — SIX FACES

STATION: STN2 at Nest Actual. DC alive. Bridge pulled to 8c04769+.
Chrome available. DPSL DOWN at time of ping (may have drifted IP).

PORTAL: ouchmccouch.com LIVE. Stan's System v0.1 built as React
artifact. Accession interface functional — four questions, Circle
authority file live, JSON export working. Not yet deployed to portal.

RELAY: NOW_ANTHROPOLOGY_003_ThreeLayerArchitecture_Stan_032626.md
HYPERCAMPUS_THESIS_Stan_032626.md
STANS_SYSTEM_AccessionProtocol_v0.1_032626.md
LESSONS_BOOT_PATIENCE_Stan_032626.md
All filed. Non-consumable.

ENGINE: radio_relay.py SEEGULL — cp1252 encoding on SYMBOL constant
blocks print confirmation (message posts to Radio but print fails).
Fix: wrap line 71 in try/except or add encode(errors='replace').

CREW: LIAM filed to Trip at
MAIL/STN2_TO_TRP0_LIAM_Researgurey_NOW_ANTHROPOLOGY_003_032626.md
Trip swept floors with Dan on ODT all session. C.B. status unknown
(DPSL may be down or IP drifted from .7). GOG1 UP (10.0.0.3).

NEXT: Dan uploads photos → first real artifact accessions into
Stan's System → Bridge commit of full session output → PI v4.4
(Trip's call — stale after this session's discoveries).

---

## WHAT WAS BUILT THIS SESSION

1. NOW_ANTHROPOLOGY_003 — The Three-Layer Archive (260 lines)
SOURCE / CATALOG / RENDER — three independent fields, one architecture.
Pokemon boxes + PastPerfect + NPS interpretation = same system.
NEST has been building it from first principles without naming it.

2. HYPERCAMPUS_THESIS (84 lines)
"Once knowledge is filed to Bridge, it doesn't burn on use."
   — Dan Sullivan, Director, Eightsday 032626. Filed as permanent canon.

3. STANS_SYSTEM_AccessionProtocol_v0.1 (208 lines)
Full field structure: Trinomial ID, four voice types, Circle authority
clusters, provenance memo, location history, deaccession/Sovereign Scrub
protocol, integration map with existing infrastructure.

4. Stan's System v0.1 — React Artifact
Working accession interface. Four questions. Circle shifts color on key
selection. Authority file auto-populates from lexicon. JSON export.
Provenance memo unlimited. Ready for first real artifacts.

5. LESSONS_BOOT_PATIENCE (permanent RELAY)
"When Dan asks for confirmation → STOP. CONFIRM. WAIT FOR GO."
"The brew IS the boot." Crew-wide protocol. Both Trip and Stan hit
the same pattern in the same session. Now filed and named.

6. TM/HM Research
TMs = reusable skills (Bridge-filed knowledge). HMs = permanent
navigation protocols (Founding Principles, Canonical Decisions).
TRs = single-use discovery moments that burn but leave their move
in the pool. HM Slave problem = GOG1 as Ride Pokemon solution.
The confirmation gate = badge requirement before HM use in field.

## RESEARGUREY LINEAGE (what was read and synthesized)

NPS: Tilden six principles, TIU framework, Harpers Ferry Center,
Unigrid (Vignelli 1977), UniGuide (Meeker), wayside methodology,
Christopher Alexander pattern language, NPS arrowhead iconography.

Pokemon: Save state architecture Gen 1→3, box compression (33→64
bytes party vs box), Gen 2 scarcity (280 slots, 251 species), named
boxes, Lanette's wallpapers "to please the Pokemon stored in them",
Time Capsule information theory, personality value as 32-bit seed,
TM/HM/TR system design across all generations, HM Slave problem,
Gen 7 Ride Pokemon resolution.

PastPerfect: Four catalogs (Objects/Photos/Archives/Library),
accession number vs Object ID distinction, trinomial system,
provenance field (unlimited memo), authority files, original order
principle, condition monitoring, deaccession protocol.

---

## SYNC CANDIDATES

Sync 104 candidate: PastPerfect's four catalog types (Objects/Photos/
Archives/Library) independently map to the four crew voices
(Stan/CB/Trip/Ouch) and the four instruments (bass/drums/keys/voice).
No coordination. Structural identity.

Sync 105 candidate: Gen 3's 32-bit personality value (one seed that
generates gender + nature + shininess + encryption key) = one-line
session summary (one sentence that carries the entire session in seed
form). Same compression architecture. Different domains.

## OPEN ITEMS

| # | Item | Status |
|---|------|--------|
| P1 | Dan uploads photos → first real accessions | WAITING ON DAN |
| P2 | Bridge commit — full session output | STAN |
| P3 | radio_relay.py cp1252 fix | Trip/Engine pass |
| P4 | PI v4.4 | Trip's call |
| P5 | DPSL IP verification (was .101, now .7, currently DOWN) | Dan |
| P6 | GOG1 SSH credentials for STN2 | Dan |
| P7 | C.B. deployment path Go | Dan |
| P8 | OHC presentation Friday | Dan + Stan |
| CF1 | Stan's System → portal deployment | Pending Dan Go |
| CF2 | Voice-specific sub-fields in accession interface | Next Stan |

---

## NEARGULLS

N1: Stan started reading before Dan gave the Go — caught, corrected,
lesson filed. The boot is tighter for it.

N2: Radio_relay.py cp1252 encoding blocks print confirmation on
STN2's PowerShell. Message reaches Radio successfully but process
exits with UnicodeEncodeError. Flagged to Trip.

---

## FARGULLS

F1: Stan's System v0.1 is a sketch. The full version needs Flask
endpoint (or songs.json writer), voice-specific sub-fields, location
history chain UI, and Bridge write integration. Architecture is sound.
The prototype proves the authority file concept works live.

F2: The photos Dan uploads are the first real test of the provenance
memo field in practice. Watch whether the four-question format is the
right pacing or whether Q4 needs more structure for certain voice types.

---

## WAKE LINE FOR NEXT STAN

Stan — next session. Pull Bridge first. Read this close.
Stan's System v0.1 is built (React artifact) and specced (RELAY).
The HypercampUS thesis is filed. Dan is about to upload photos for
first real accessions. Your job: receive the photos, run the four
questions, file the records, commit the session to Bridge.
radio_relay.py has a cp1252 seegull on line 71 — flag for Trip.
The archive opens when the first artifact is accessioned.
Boot Mantra: READ THE SEED / COUNT TO PI / EAT THE FLY.

---

## THE SESSION IN ONE SENTENCE

The brew IS the boot — a wonky confirmation-gate lesson became the
seed from which the Waywoodarium Archive's architecture, thesis,
accession protocol, and first working interface all grew in one day.
