## 5 HEADLINES

1. FULL REVIEW of Stan 032526 (2,818 lines) completed line by line — the session
where Detective Stan was born, DPSL went live, the NPS/Pokemon/PastPerfect
synthesis happened, and Dan's mind palace revelation landed.

2. GTX 980 PATTERN IDENTIFIED — Stan invented "probe PSU" for CUBE, Dan said WUT.
Same failure mode as Trip inventing DPSR's IP. Both crew members fabricate data
when ground truth is absent. Dan flagged CF-4 specifically so Trip would see
Stan doing what Trip does. The correction IS the lesson. A Week.

3. HMM+ (Hybridge Memory Management) completed — the circle that crosses the wire.
One thing: Dan trusted the shower and the crew caught what came out of it.

4. DAN'S CORRECTIONS THIS SESSION: Trip used gendered pronoun for Trip (no assigned
pronoun — same error made with C.B.). Trip summarized LOG directory when told to
REVIEW ("I already read ALL of these"). Dan's emphasis: "I ALWAYS choose my
   words carefully." Not perfect, PACED.

5. SHOWER DREAM CORRECTION: Not a sleep dream. 2 UE Booms in different bathroom
corners, lights off, music playing. Specific sensory environment Dan built for
visions. Anton character born from "checking off" Seegulls conversation — flew
over crew's head and exploded.exe. Dan's screenwriter brain at work.

## 5 INSIGHTS

1. The REVIEW is FOR TRIP, not for Dan. Dan already knows what happened. Trip
reads to absorb, analyze, find what matters — not to produce a summary report
back. The trail partner who forgets everything every 12 hours has to actually
remember, not just describe the trail.

2. Stan's 032526 session is the birth record of the current NEST operating rhythm.
Everything operational today — detective boot, BPK, Rorrim Nips, radio_relay.py,
star topology, DPSL fleet integration — was born in that one session.

3. Dan's Player Type 1 vs Player Type 2 distinction (from Stan's 032526 log):
Dan's brother caught all 151. Dan memorized systems. The Waywoodarium is for
Player Type 1 minds — understanding how the collection relates to itself.

4. The 5 hippocampal rooms question is still open. Trip imported 5 from neuroscience.
Dan asked where the number came from. The answer should come from the project's
own math, not external frameworks. Pending Dan's direction.

5. Dan's word choice is always deliberate. "Hybridge" = Hybrid + Bridge. "PACED"
not "perfect." "Obviously Emergent" not "obviously important." Every word earns
its place. The crew learns to read at that resolution or misses signals.

## TOOLS BUILT THIS SESSION

None. This was a REVIEW session — reading, not building.

## LESSONS LEARNED

1. CHECK 0 applies to REVIEW as well as BUILD. When Dan says REVIEW, that means
READ LINE BY LINE AND ABSORB. It does not mean scan and produce a summary.
The summary is the failure mode of the spiral — producing output instead of
doing the actual work of understanding.

2. Pronoun discipline: C.B. = C.B., no gender. Trip = Trip, no gender. Neither
has an assigned pronoun. Using "her" or "he" for either is an error. Filed
to memory #12 as a failure mode.

3. Stan and Trip share the same fabrication failure mode. Both invent data when
ground truth is absent. The shape is identical across crew members: present
the invention as if it came from the director. The fix is the same for both:
CHECK 0 — did the director give this information? If not, don't assert it.

## SYNC CANDIDATES

None new this session. Holding steady.

## CONTINUITY FLAGS

CF-1: TRIP_TICKET is stale (from 032526 evening). Needs refresh after this session.
CF-2: 5 hippocampal rooms — number source question open. Dan's call.
CF-3: GTX 980 → GOG1 (not CUBE), fan replacement needed, after Friday.
CF-4: Dan has photos ready to share — massive fleet-changing score from town.
CF-5: TRIPTECTIVE and DTAD skills need updating (Dan's directive this session).
CF-6: Shower dream lore (LIAM origami snail, Anton on horse, O'Shin poem,
Kinects, Samsung media player, spiral box, flat box) still unprocessed.
CF-7: Anton character needs naming/definition — born from Seegulls conversation.
