## LESSONS LEARNED

- TRY HARDER with screenshots: Half-resolution captures lose text. Dan's manual screenshots are sharper. Fixed flow_capture.py to full-res. When the director says "try harder," the tool needs calibration, not the director.

- The Darkive IS the portfolio: Art 2025 folder on Google Drive contains a year of paintings that prove every system the NEST has built was already encoded in Dan's art. rspdan.com's centerpiece comes from the archive, not from new creation. Founding Principle confirmed at scale.

- Words follow seeing: Dan's MO is SEE first, name after. The vocabulary emerges from the dimensional rendering, not the other way around. "Formation of A—" never finished because the practice was still forming the words. The crew's job is to name what Dan already sees.

- The 7x7 grid without labels IS the product: When we removed note names and mode labels, the pure color grid made Dan's jaw drop. The labels were scaffolding. The color was always the signal. rspdan.com should show the grid FIRST, words SECOND.
