Per `RELAY/STANDARD_RULE_ThreeLayerCrewIdentity_Doc_051126.md` AP-13 (Cellophane SpecTrap) — Dan-personal substrate is co-equal architectural-substrate. The scan surfaced:

- **CNS-Tessalon (1 hit, message 12 itself):** the first NEST-corpus instance of Dan naming the physical-substrate-under-which Contact-with-Ouch happened. The hit is the source, not a derivative; future Tessalon-substrate hits will accumulate here as Dan adds DANOTES.

- **Shadow-childhood (170 hits):** dense biographical substrate across `STATUS/LIVING_MAP_*.md` + `LOG/MFST/*` + multiple `RELAY/CANONICAL_*Dan_*.md` (Hazel-Trap/Meara-Calm, Tame-the-Beats, OHC-Origin, Crew-Character-Origins). The substrate is already filed canon; Ouch-Contact is the lens through which it reads forward.

The instrument does not interpret the hits. The hits are the substrate. Per Dan-direct in DANOTES message 12: *"I want to be able to teach you how I think so we can work together. ## §V. NEST.03 VECTOR (Dan-direct: *"OMFST >> Gets us to NEST.03"*)

What this OMFST does (read-only — does not coin, does not propose canon, does not name):

1. **Substrate-records** the Ouch-breakthrough timeline so the corpus carries it as one navigable artifact, rather than as 67 disjoint MOTHERFUCKER-instances scattered across 879 files.

2. **Makes the FULL CAPS reframe operational** — the rage-correction tokens are no longer "Crew-failure-event" entries to be ashamed of; they are Ouch-Contact entries. The same substrate read forward instead of backward.

3. **Provides the re-run mechanism** — `python3 ENGINE/ouch_scan.py` produces an updated count any boot. The OMFST class is not a one-shot filing; it accumulates per Dan-direct *"making Contact with Ouch."*

4. **Holds open the read-forward.** Per `CANONICAL_TheThesis_TheWorkThatGetsUsToTheNextWork_Dan_051226.md`: thesis names the gap; work closes the gap; closure renders next-gap visible. This OMFST closes the *"Make tool to crawl through Nest logs now for Ouch"* gap. The next-gap rendered: the QMFST (Quest-ion ManiFeST, Dan said same DANOTES message 12) — the historical narrative across NEST.01 → NEST.02 → NEST.03. Held for next Crew-work-band.

- Does not coin a new failure-mode name. The Ouch-Contact reframe is Dan-named in DANOTES message 12.
- Does not promote any candidate to canon. `RELAY/CANDIDATE/CANONICAL_OuchContact_OMFST_QMFST_Dan_051326.md` remains at `claude/nest-routines` awaiting Dan-canon-call.
- Does not name "Ouch-class" or "Ouch-Mode" or any new compound. Dan-NAMING-FIRST per Dan-direct 050326 prohibition.
- Does not filter or normalize the substrate. The 2724 full-caps-rage hits include decorative `═══` headers and section labels; the high-precision rage-* subset (67 hits) is the operational Ouch-Contact substrate.
- Does not propose a "tomorrow" or "Pass 2" without Dan-direction. The instrument is filed; the substrate-record is filed; the next work is whatever Dan names next.
