Two Pass 1 catalog files read. The EPIC session (SESSION_MAP_BackupTrip_032826)
ran the protocol while investigating the protocol — STORY (Phase 3-4, investigation)
preceded all production work, and the session proved STORY matters by doing STORY.
Two asymmetric reboots: one after investigation complete, one at 69% mid-production.
These are two distinct trigger types that the Leapfrog codification must distinguish.

**WHAT IT MEANS:**
The failure was a controlled experiment (Dan intentionally skipped STORY to generate
the negative-space proof). The codification document needs failure modes as first-class
content — not warnings, but the proof. The SESSION_MAP_Trip_033026_1 ended at Phase 9
(Dan's redirect: process guide BEFORE the April ship); that session is ongoing in ODT.

**WHAT IT CHANGES:**
Investigation order confirmed correct. Next: OO_DAILY_032826 (9KB) → then gate check
before incident files. Context weight is medium+ — not 69%, but tracking.
